As a CFS Warrior myself, I’m passionate about burnout, fatigue, and mental health. Additionally this last year has seen me undertake further studies & clinical practice in tired mums, postnatal and maternal fatigue, plus hormonal issues including infertility, and dysmenorrhea.

In the clinic I practice an effective shallow needling technique in my treatments, learned through a 5 year apprenticeship with my teacher alongside my university studies (which I’m still continuing). This apprenticeship is based on the Han era Minglu tradition.

My treatment sessions may include cupping, tuina and heat therapy, and herbal prescriptions.
